Wow how time flies! To think during this time I was finishing up my first year of my Master's program! God is so crazy good to me! Little feisty girl from Little Rock, AR, youngest of 3 to an amazing single mother, now being able to say I've accomplished some huge milestones. Being the first in my family to receive not only my Bachelors degree, but also my Masters degree. I was the girl in school who fought at least once every year, gave my teachers tons of backtalk, and thought I knew everything. If it wasn't for the molding, shaping, and support of my family and friends, it would've never happened. I am blessed more than words can express to be able to have such an amazing family& support system. Sometimes I catch myself in awe of all God has done for me. I can't believe this is the life I was chosen to live. God has made sure to catch me so that I didn't stumble or fall. I am so, so grateful for everything accomplished so far and what makes me sit in awe even more is that I believe the best is still yet to come! Someone wake me up, I'm not dreaming, but it sure feels like I am.
I didn't deserve anything good, but a good God saw otherwise! Just a word of encouragement for anyone thinking of giving up. No matter your past, have patience and PERSEVERE, you can do it!
"Ecclesiastes 7:8 The end of a thing is better than its beginning and PATIENCE, is better than pride."
